Fee reference notice

All visa fees are set in £Sterling but are payable in US$ or Thai Baht only at overseas visa application centres. The exchange rate used does not always reflect the actual prevailing exchange rate.

Our fees are not subject to VAT in addition to the fee quoted.

For all cases please note that our fees do not include the cost of scanning documents at any application centre and do not include the cost of biometric enrolment for applications made in the UK.

Appeals

Due to the complexity of individual cases, it is not possible to quote appeal fees on the website. Please contact us for a case-specific quotation.

Application-Centre And Courier Charges

Our fee does not include scanning charges by VFS (Bangkok) or TLS/Sopra Steria (UK), and does not include postage or courier fees.

VFS has historically charged 3000 Baht to scan and send documents to UKVI in Sheffield. UK centres apply their own document-scanning charges.

If we pay postage or courier fees on your behalf, you are charged the actual cost. These extra costs are not included in our service fee.
